Nothing typed twice. Ever.
Your customers place their own orders. Your drivers get their drops on their phone. Payments come in and go straight into QuickBooks. You stop doing the same work twice.
- Customers order online
- Live tracking on every delivery
- Card payments and autopay
- Your books kept up to date
The admin doesn’t just take time. It takes the orders you never got round to.
You sell exactly what you sold before. The difference is what it costs you to sell it.
Every order is handled twice.
Once on the phone, once again into the books. The second time adds nothing, and it’s the part that goes wrong.
Customers are left guessing.
“Where’s my order?” can’t be answered without ringing the driver. So people stop asking you, and start asking someone else.
Money sits still.
Work you’ve already done goes unpaid because nobody had time to chase it, and there’s no easy way for the customer to just pay.
Watch an order go through without anyone typing it.
From the moment a customer places it to the moment the money is in your books, and where your time used to go.
Customers order themselves. It lands in your books.
Your customers sign in to a page with your name on it, see their own prices, and reorder their usual in a couple of taps. Confirm the order and it’s already in QuickBooks as an estimate, with the customer, lines and prices filled in. Nobody types it in.
- Usual order, suggested back
- Each customer sees their prices
- Minimum order quantities
Plan the round. Watch it happen.
Pick the day’s drops on a map and let Accomata put them in order. Send the round to a driver’s phone in one go. No app to install. Every drop is ticked off with a photo as proof, and the customer watches the van come to them.
- Route worked out for you
- Live tracking for customers
- Photo proof on every drop
Paid from the invoice. Recorded in your books.
Customers pay by card right where they read the invoice. Cards can be saved, regulars can be set to pay automatically, and overdue invoices get a reminder without you writing it. Every payment is recorded against the invoice in QuickBooks the moment it lands.
- Card payments
- Autopay for regulars
- Overdue reminders
One screen that tells you where to look.
Orders waiting on you. Accounts that have gone overdue. Regulars who’ve gone quiet. Lines running low. Your dashboard reads today’s figures and lists what needs you, each one a click from where you deal with it.
- Overdue and gone-quiet alerts
- Who’s due to reorder
- What’s running low
An assistant on every screen you’d otherwise dig through.
Four so far, each living where the question comes up. They read your live figures and answer from those, or say they can’t. None of them spends your money or changes a price without you.
Ask about the business
Who owes you, who’s gone quiet, what’s running low, how the deliveries are going, whether the books are up to date. It answers from today’s numbers instead of sending you to a report.
It looks things up. It can’t change a price or place an order.
“Add my usual order”
Sits on their own page, so they can check an order, ask what they owe, find a product, or have their basket filled, without ringing you to do it.
It fills the basket and stops. The customer places the order. It only ever sees their own account.
Tidy the catalogue in a sentence
Which lines have no photo, why a customer can’t see a product, which price list they’re on. Ask it to set the units a whole category is sold in and it lines the change up for you.
It stages changes for you to approve. It saves nothing on its own.
Change the site in words
Add a page, move a section, rewrite the about copy, change the colours or the font, mark the specials. It edits the draft while you watch.
Nothing goes live until you say publish.
Everyone gets their own view.
Nobody has to be shown around. Each person opens theirs and sees only the part that’s theirs.
Your whole day, in one place.
- Confirm, assign and track every order
- Who owes what, and for how long
- Rounds planned on a map, every van on one screen
- Customers, products, drivers and logins together
- Show different customers different products and prices
- Ask the assistant instead of building a report
Answer a few questions. Pick a draft. Publish.
Most wholesalers don’t have a site, or have one nobody can edit. Yours is built from what you already sell.
- 1
Tell it about the business
What you sell, who to, the tone you want, which pages you need. A short guided setup, not a form.
- 2
Pick one of three drafts
Accomata writes three complete sites with different layouts, colours and voice. You pick the one that feels like you.
- 3
Change anything, in words
“Make the header darker.” “Add a delivery-area page.” “Rewrite the about section.” It edits the site while you watch.
- 4
Publish with your products on it
Your catalogue is already there, prices and all. Mark a line as a special and it gets its own section. Readable by search engines from day one.
Nothing to move. Nothing to learn.
Your customers, prices and history come with you. If it doesn’t suit you, nothing has been changed to undo.
Connect QuickBooks
One click through Intuit’s own sign-in. Your customers, products, prices, invoices and payment history come across on their own.
Send out two links
One for your customers, one for your drivers. Each person signs in and sees only their part. Nothing to install.
Run the week from one screen
Orders arrive, deliveries go out, payments land, and QuickBooks is kept current as it happens.
Built for the people doing the round, not the demo.
Accomata came out of watching how wholesalers actually work, and how much of the week goes on the part nobody is paid for.
Why it exists
Wholesale runs on relationships and repetition: the same customers, the same lines, most weeks. Almost none of that needs a person to type it out. Yet the phone call, the written note, the retyped order and the chase for payment are still the job, and they are the reason the day ends late.
What we believe
Software should take work away, not add a system to keep fed. Your books stay where they are and stay in charge. Nothing here asks you to change how you price, who you sell to, or how you like to run the round. It only removes the typing in between.
Who it’s for
Wholesalers and distributors who deliver: food, drink, produce, supplies. Businesses with regulars who reorder, drivers who go out most days, and an owner who would rather be selling than chasing paperwork.
The things people ask before they say yes.
Anything else, write to admin@accomata.com.
A page with your name on it. They browse what you sell at their own prices, order, pay, and follow the delivery on a map. It works like any shopping site they already use, so there’s nothing to teach them. If you publish a website, that’s the public front of the same place.
Next week will look exactly like this one. Unless you change it.
Book a demo. We’ll connect QuickBooks with you and get your first customer ordering.
