Orders from email
Connect your inbox, and orders your customers email you are set up for you to approve.
How do I turn it on?
In Settings → Customer email, connect your Gmail or Outlook. From then on, when a customer you know emails you an order, it appears under Orders from email on your Orders page, with their products, their prices and a delivery day.
Does anything become an order without me?
No. Each one waits for you, marked Ready, Needs a look or Not sure. You check it, change anything you need to, and it only becomes an order when you click to create it.
Whose emails are read?
Only emails from your customers and the extra addresses you add for them. When someone new emails you, they are suggested to you, and nothing they send is read until you add them.
What if the order is in a PDF?
That works too. An order sent as a PDF attachment is read the same way as one typed into the email.
